Dr. Clara Scott

Born and raised in Del Rio, Texas, she graduated from St. Mary’s University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree and went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Texas A&M University in 1999. WHOOP!!
With a passion for animals, Dr. Scott opened My Family Vet Montgomery in 2020, following the success of her first clinic, My Family Vet in Spring, established in 2006. What began as a practice out of her home front room has now evolved into a comprehensive veterinary facility offering a full range of pet health treatments, surgeries, and wellness care. Dr. Scott believes that pets are family members, and she is committed to partnering with pet owners to ensure their furry companions receive the best care possible.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Scott is a proud mother of two and shares her home with a delightful menagerie, including seven dogs, two cats, and a pig, alongside several farm animals. Dr. Scott's goal in life is simple yet profound: to be a good person. This guiding principle fuels her dedication to her community and the animals she cares for. With a genuine love for veterinary medicine and a deep understanding of the bond between pets and their families, Dr. Scott continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of animal care.

Dr. Daniel Hendrix

Dr. Hendrix has been passionate about caring for animals since he made the decision to become a veterinarian in the second grade. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, class of ’94, WHOOP! , he has dedicated his career to providing top-quality veterinary care to his community.
With a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and education, Dr. Hendrix treats each patient with the same love and diligence he would extend to his own pets. As a compassionate veterinarian, he understands the importance of balancing excellent care with the budgets of pet owners, ensuring that every family receives the support they need in maintaining their beloved companions' health.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Hendrix is a multifaceted individual with interests that reflect his diverse talents. He enjoys making music for his church, playing guitar and mandolin, and lending his vocal talents to uplift others. A self-proclaimed nerd, he also finds joy in working with computers, cooking, and embracing the fascinating world of beekeeping. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, he balances his professional life with a passion for adventure. Born and raised in Houston, he later found his home in College Station and shares his home with his beautiful wife, one dog, two cats, two chickens, and two beehives.
Dr. Hendrix’s dedication to both his profession and personal interests makes him a remarkable veterinarian and a beloved member of his community.

Dr. Cynthia Rayner

Dr. Rayner brings a unique alternative to traditional Veterinarian medicine with her knowledge and expertise in Veterinarian Acupuncture and laser light therapy. Dr. Rayner graduated from Colorado State University in 1976, and practiced in Michigan and Colorado before making her way to Texas, where she has called home since 1985. She completed training with the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society in 2005 where she was trained in diagnostics and needle placement, and was credentialed in 2006. In order to earn her credentials in veterinary acupuncture, Dr. Rayner completed written and practical testing along with intensive case studies.
