AFTER HOURS PET EMERGENCY?

At My Family Vet Montgomery, your pet’s health and well-being is most important to us. While we hope that you will never need us for emergency pet care, we are here for you and your pet when you need us!

For pet emergencies during business hours, please contact us immediately at (281) 288-1221 so that we know that you are on your way. We do offer same-day appointments and accept walk-ins, but this will give our team the time needed to prepare for your pet’s arrival. We are located at 2300 Woodforest Pkwy Ste 800, Mongtomery, TX 77316 in the Shops of Woodforest shopping center, near the intersection Fish Creek Thoroughfare and Woodforest Parkway North.

WHEN TO BRING YOUR PET FOR EMERGENCY CARE

We recommend that you call us immediately if your pet is experiencing any of the following:

  • Choking or having difficulty breathing
  • Hit by a car or suffered blunt-force trauma of any kind
  • Ingested a foreign object such as a toy, sock, or string
  • Ingested something poisonous
  • Profuse bleeding
  • Inability to move or stand
  • Unusually warm or cold
  • Having a seizure
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Excessive vomiting and/or severe diarrhea
  • Blood in stool
  • Unable to pass stool or urinate
